Most times when we think of healthy food choices what usually comes to mind is bland and awfully tasting food which isn’t always the case. You can change your diet to include healthier food that is delicious and equally good for your body.

3. Fish

5. Legumes

Green peas, soybean, lentil, kidney, and beans are legumes that should be included in your diet. The level of nutritional value present in legumes depends on the specific type. Again, if you’re about staying fit, legumes are just right for you! They literally have no cholesterol in them. They are filled with health benefits like: 

  • Reduces chances of heart diseases 
  • Reduces blood pressure and cholesterol 
  • Help control weight
